Who We Serve

Individuals diagnosed with breast cancer through Libby’s Legacy who need guidance, advocacy, and support.

What We Provide

Patient navigation, Hope Coach support, resource guidance, and care coordination.

Our Impact

Helping patients access treatment, understand next steps, and feel supported throughout their journey.

You Don’t Have to Navigate This Alone

A breast cancer diagnosis can bring uncertainty, fear, and many decisions. P.A.L.S. was created to ensure patients do not have to walk through that journey without support.

Each patient is paired with a Patient Advocate Liaison, also known as a Hope Coach, who helps them navigate the healthcare system, access treatment, coordinate next steps, and feel supported from diagnosis through their last treatment.

Compassionate Advocacy When It Matters Most

P.A.L.S. provides more than information. It offers steady, compassionate support during one of the most overwhelming seasons a person may face.

Through patient navigation and advocacy, Libby’s Legacy helps individuals better understand their options, access care, and move forward with confidence, dignity, and hope.
